About

 I am a nursing professor for 2nd semester nursing students, learning Medical-Surgical Nursing Care. I have been a nurse since 2013. I worked at The Children鈥檚 Hospital as a bedside nurse before transitioning into education in 2020. I love teaching! I value providing supportive environments for our wide variety of students. As a nursing educator, I believe that learning is most powerful when it is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real world practice.
