Email Signatures:
Every email client is different. Some are quirkier than others.
If you need help setting up your email signature, reach out to the ITS team.
PowerPoint:
PowerPoint renders differently on different computers.
If something doesn鈥檛 look or work right with the information you鈥檙e trying to present,
don鈥檛 hesitate to email us in Marketing. We鈥檒l help you polish things up!
OH! And if you鈥檙e thinking, 鈥淭here鈥檚 only one slide! Where is everything? I鈥檓 losing
my mind,鈥� you鈥檙e not. Add a new slide or right-click the one slide and choose from
the 50+ Layouts available. Voila!
Word Template:
This is super basic 鈥� just set font styles, header and footer. Be sure to download
the fonts above and install them before using the template, or it鈥檚 pointless! 馃檪
Virtual Backdrop (Zoom, Teams, etc.):
There鈥檚 a normal image and a reversed image. The reversed one might look weird to
you, but that鈥檚 likely the one you鈥檒l need for your app, as webcams often show the
mirrored view of you.
