I am a nursing educator with more than 37 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and over 23 years in higher education, with a clinical foundation in medical鈥搒urgical nursing across diverse care settings. Grounded in Adult Learning Theory, my teaching philosophy recognizes learners as self-directed individuals who bring valuable prior experiences that enrich the educational environment. I emphasize active, experiential learning that connects theory to real-world clinical practice, fostering critical thinking and clinical judgment.
