Dr. Jennifer Allen is a Nationally Certified, Board Registered Art Therapist with clinical experience in rural community mental health working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. Her teaching philosophy centers on being a positive influence in the lives of those she encounters, with primary goals of facilitating active and engaged learning, fostering critical and independent thinking skills applicable to life and career, and maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment. Dr. Allen firmly believes that every student has the potential to succeed. She brings her clinical expertise and commitment to inclusive education to create meaningful learning experiences for all students.
