I come from a background in both ground and flight EMS. My teaching philosophy is grounded in realism, evidence-based practice, and respect for adult learners鈥� existing experience. I focus on building clinical judgment rather than task completion, so students can adapt in the moments of pressure that are a natural part of EMS.
