Office 365 Installation Instructions

Office 365 is a collection of Microsoft software that allows you to collaborate and share your school or office work. It鈥檚 available for free to active students, faculty, and staff at Oklahoma City Community College. The services include Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and OneDrive. Office 365 allows the installation of this software on up to five devices. The devices allowed include iPhone and Android cellphones and tablet as well as personal Macs and PCs.

When your account gets created, you automatically are assigned an Office 365 license. Please follow the instructions to install it in your computer:

1. Go to and type in your email address and password.

   

2. Type in your password and click next.

   

3. Click the circle with your initials at the top right corner.

   

4. Click 鈥渧iew account鈥�.

   

5. Click manage.

   

6. Click "Install Office." (It will download the installer to your browser)
   
   
7. Locate the installer and install the O365 suite.

Office 365 subscriptions through 爆料TV end upon graduation. You may enroll in other consumer or commercial offers available outside of 爆料TV licensing. If you have Office 365 Education with documents stored in OneDrive, you should make sure to transfer all your files from your school OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to graduation.
