Summer financial aid packaging begins after students enroll for the summer term. Summer enrollment opens right after spring break. Students are notified through their ±¬ÁÏTV email and student portal self-service when their financial aid package is complete.

To be considered for 2025 Summer Federal Student Aid students must:

• Complete the 2024-25 FAFSA and be processed by June 30, 2025.  Priority deadline is April 15th to complete financial aid file reviews before summer classes begin. ±¬ÁÏTV will continue packaging summer aid through July 15th.
• View and Submit any required financial aid documents on your student portal self-service.
• Be an ±¬ÁÏTV degree seeking student. Visiting students are not eligible for Federal Pell Grants or Federal Student Loans.
• Be meeting financial aid  Satisfactory Academic Progress.
• Be enrolled in summer courses that are required for your ±¬ÁÏTV degree.

Summer Federal Pell Grant — students must be enrolled in one or more courses. Pell grant amount is based on Pell Grant Enrollment Intensity. All courses must be required for your ±¬ÁÏTV degree plan.

Summer Federal Student Loan — students must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours and have remaining annual federal loan eligibility. All courses must be required for your ±¬ÁÏTV degree plan.

You are responsible for payment of your tuition by the payment deadline, regardless of the status of your financial aid file. For information, visit Payment Options or email the bursar's office.

For financial aid purposes Oklahoma City Community College recognizes the summer term as the end of the academic year.
