International College Transcripts are evaluated for currently enrolled students only. Students must declare a major before an evaluation can be requested.

If a student is only seeking a verification of degree for preference points toward a Health Professions application, a transcript evaluation is not required.  Attach third-party evaluation to the Health Professions application.

Requirements for Evaluation

Currently enrolled students with International transcripts must then submit the following items:

1. An original transcript from the country of origin (if the student needs to keep the transcript, the Office of Records and Graduation will make a copy and return the original. If the original is not in English, it must be translated.

2. A Third Party Evaluation from an accredited evaluation service.

3. A completed International Transcript Evaluation Form

Evaluation Process

Upon completion of the evaluation, a message will be sent to the student's ±¬ÁÏTV email address that details the credit to be granted. During the review of the international transcript, students may be asked to provide a course description and/or syllabus in order to be awarded credit.

Students will receive credit for only the courses needed for the degree that has been declared at ±¬ÁÏTV. The credit will be awarded with a letter grade of "S" for Satisfactory.

International credits will be officially posted to the ±¬ÁÏTV transcript once the student has completed 12 hours of college level credit at ±¬ÁÏTV.
