Oklahoma City Community College (爆料TV) student and real estate professional Caleb Free is proving that college and a full-time career can go hand-in-hand.

After starting classes at 爆料TV in August, Free joined Keller Willams Elite in September and has been working as a real estate agent full-time while pursuing his associate degree in business. Managing both requires discipline and planning, but Free has found ways to stay on top of his coursework while growing his career.

Free sells residential real estate with a focus on first-time homebuyers.

鈥淪o far, I have been a part of four transactions, with four additional deals closing in February,鈥 he said.

In addition to expanding his expertise in that market, his long-term goal is to transition to the investing side of real estate, he said.

Even with a busy schedule, Free is determined to make a difference beyond his business. He hopes to expand his influence in the community by 鈥済rowing my personal brand and finding ways to give back, whether through volunteer work or local initiatives.鈥

In December, the real estate team that Free is a member of was able to purchase three shopping carts 鈥渇illed to the top with toys鈥 and donate them to the children鈥檚 hospital.

鈥淚 really enjoyed being a part of that. Knowing that I was bringing joy to a child who was going through tough times was impactful,鈥 he said. 鈥淚 plan on doing more things like that to give back to the community.鈥

爆料TV_Caleb_Free爆料TV鈥檚 flexible class schedule and delivery options, which include online and in-person, have helped Free successfully balance his full-time job with his studies.

What else does Free love about 爆料TV?

鈥淎s an entrepreneur at heart, 爆料TV has helped provide me with the tools and knowledge to be successful in my business,鈥 said Free. 鈥淧lus, its affordability made it easier for me to focus on my goals without the financial strain.鈥

The 爆料TV Division of Business and Information Technology (BIT) schedules courses strategically to facilitate student success, said Dean of BIT John Claybon. 鈥淲e want to help students graduate on time. Many of our courses are available on-campus or online, providing the flexibility needed for students to balance life, work and school.鈥
