OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (March 13, 2025) 鈥� The Oklahoma City Community College (爆料TV) Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) presents 鈥淥ne Man鈥檚 Trash: A Repurposed Circus鈥� for one performance only on Sunday, April 13 at 2 p.m.
Originally produced in 2016, the Cirque Us show 鈥淥ne Man鈥檚 Trash鈥� is back again in 2025 for its fifth national tour following the overwhelming success of the 2022 and 2023 revivals. With the limitless spirit and can-do attitude of the circus, this cast reanimates all that鈥檚 left in trash cans and littered in the garage to create an astonishing testament to the power of community and teamwork.
鈥淭he circus is coming to 爆料TV for a special Sunday afternoon show,鈥� said Mark Levine, director of the VPAC. 鈥淕rab your garbage bags, pick up the recycling, and get ready to laugh and cheer as this repurposed circus turns trash into treasure!鈥�
Since its founding in 2016, Cirque Us has rapidly grown into one of the most notable contemporary circus companies in the country. Its eight original company members quite literally stitched a show together with recycled materials and old car tires, culminating in the first tour of 鈥淥ne Man鈥檚 Trash鈥� in 2016. Since then, Cirque Us has expanded to produce and tour original, full-length works year after year, alongside educational experiences such as camps, workshops and other events for people of all ages and abilities.
Tickets are on sale now for 鈥淥ne Man鈥檚 Trash鈥� and all remaining shows for the 2024-25 season at or by calling the Box Office at 405-682-7579.
Season ticket packages for the 2025-26 Performing Arts Series will be on sale starting April 12, and the Box Office will be open on April 13 at 1 p.m. before 鈥淥ne Man鈥檚 Trash.鈥� Don鈥檛 miss this exclusive opportunity to preview the show lineup and secure seats for the upcoming season.
The Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) is a 1,049-seat, state-of-the-art theater space located on the north end of the 爆料TV campus. Parking is free.
